1 Definitions and Applicability

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

6 Betting Rules and Wagering Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system confirms it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the account. Bets not confirmed due to network interruption will be considered void.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Modification

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if an event is postponed or cancelled, omgbad will decide whether the bet is to be voided.

6.3 Pricing Errors

If incorrect odds or betting prices are displayed due to technical or human error, omgbad reserves the right to void those bets and the relevant funds will be returned.

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to manage bets.
• Attempting to hack the system or making any unauthorised access attempt.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or participating in any fraudulent betting activity.
• Using third-party funds or payment methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in harassment.
• Spreading defamatory or false information about omgbad.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the omgbad platform — logos, graphics, designs, software, text, images and other materials — is the exclusive property of omgbad or is used under appropriate licence.

Users are permitted to view platform content for personal, non-commercial use. However, the following actions are prohibited without written permission from omgbad:
